Metal working fluids are necessary to cool and lubricate metal work pieces during the entire industrial machining, grinding and milling process. This cooling and lubricating is very essential to enhance the performance and reduce cost in the metal industry. They are critical to the quality of not only the machined part, but also maximizing the useful life of the expensive tooling.

1. Tech Cool 35200- This is a high performance "mid level" mineral oil with low foaming and bio-resistant properties. It is formulated for superior chip settling and minimal residues. It is extremely low staining on non-ferrous metals.
2. Tech Cool 35048- This metal working fluid is designed for machining applications. It is a high performance semi-synthetic micro-emulsion, which is ideal for multi-metal systems. It too has low foaming and bio-resistant properties. It comes in a comprehensive detergent package to provide low carryout and minimal residues.
3. Formula L- This is a synthetic variety, for grinding applications. It is usually a light to medium duty 100% water soluble synthetic coolant.  However, you can use this only on ferrous metals. It specially performs well in most surface grinding operations where residue may be an issue. It is non-foaming and contains an excellent antimicrobial package.
4. Gardocool C 9176- Apt for machining and stamping applications, this is non-chlorinated EP, and multi metal safe. This metal working fluid is recommended for most medium duty metalworking applications without the use of chlorinated extreme pressure additives. It can also be used as a light to medium duty stamping compound where clean finished parts is mandatory.
