1. Gardobond AP 9809- This is an excellent drop-in replacement for iron phosphate processes. It is used on mild steel equipment and is compatible with typical city water in 3-stage spray washers.
2. OXSILAN 9800- This is a phosphorous-free pretreatment to replace iron phosphate. This is ideal for steel, aluminum and zinc substrates and can be applied at ambient temperature by spray or immersion. They are normally used with a final water rinse. It is a liquid, silane-based product with non-regulated metals.
3. OXSILAN 9810/1- This is a phosphorous-free pretreatment used to replace zinc phosphate. This is used mostly for steel, aluminum and zinc substrates. Its properties are same as OXSILAN 9800.
4. OXSILAN MM-0705- Used on aluminum, zinc, cold-rolled steel and other substrates, this advanced pretreatment is a silane-based product that enhances the performance of subsequently-applied organic coatings. You can use them effectively for rubber-to-metal bonding.
5. Gardobond EPP- If you wish to do away with the drawbacks of heavy metal, sludge, and phosphate discharge in your phosphonate-based conversion coating process then this is definitely for you. This product is known to operate at lower temperatures than iron and zinc phosphate thus contributing to measurable energy savings with virtually no sludge or scaling of process equipment.
